This webinar is the first of a series, designed to give you helpful guidance on the issues arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic and the potential ways to protect your company in these uncertain times. This webinar explains and gives guidance on what force majeure is in the context of JCT and NEC contracts and whether it provides a basis for claiming time and money through the extension of time and loss and expense routes in the JCT contract and the compensation route in the NEC form of contract.
