Hawkswell Kilvington celebrates two key promotions

Hawkswell Kilvington Construction Law is pleased to announce two internal promotions as part of its continued investment in emerging talent.

Katherine Morgan has been promoted to Senior Associate and Shauna O’Neil to Associate – both appointments reflecting Hawkswell Kilvington’s commitment to developing and retaining specialist legal expertise within its teams.

With over seven years of specialised experience in construction law, Katherine advises contractors, consultants and employers on complex disputes, including delay, defects, variations and payment issues, representing clients in mediation, adjudication and litigation. Shauna works with a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting alternative dispute resolution processes and assisting with the drafting and negotiation of key construction documents.

Daniel Silberstein, Managing Partner of Hawkswell Kilvington, said: ” At Hawkswell Kilvington we take pride in bringing young talent through our ranks and celebrating achievement at every stage of a lawyer’s career. We’re delighted to recognise Katherine and Shauna with these well‑earned promotions. Both have demonstrated exceptional technical ability and a real commitment to our clients and to the practice’s values.”

Over the past year, Hawkswell Kilvington has continued to build on its success, supported by its strong reputation in the Legal 500 and its win at The British Legal Awards in 2025, demonstrating its ability to provide specialist advice across the full lifecycle of construction projects.
